By using the Platform and agreeing to this E-Sign Consent, you confirm that you consent to conducting business electronically, including the use of electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic delivery of documents.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic signatures and electronic records at any time. To withdraw your consent, send an email to support@getfleetcommand.com with the subject line "Withdraw E-Sign Consent" and include your full name and account email address.
Please be aware that withdrawing your E-Sign Consent may affect your ability to use certain features of the Platform. Some features require electronic agreement acceptance to function, and withdrawal may result in the need to complete transactions through alternative (non-electronic) methods, which may involve additional processing time and fees.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal validity of any electronic signatures or records created before the withdrawal took effect.
You may request a paper copy of any electronic record or agreement at any time. To request paper copies, email support@getfleetcommand.com with the subject line "Paper Copy Request" and specify which document(s) you need.
We will mail paper copies to the address on file for your account within 10 business days of receiving your request. We may charge a reasonable fee to cover printing and postage costs, which we will disclose before processing your request.
It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current. If your email address changes, update it in your account settings or notify us at support@getfleetcommand.com. Failure to maintain a current email address may result in missed communications and does not relieve you of obligations under any agreements you have signed electronically.
We recommend that you print or download a copy of all electronic records and agreements for your own files. You can access and download copies of your signed agreements through your account dashboard at any time while your account is active.
We retain copies of all electronically signed documents for the duration of your account plus 7 years, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.
This E-Sign Consent is a legally binding agreement between you and Start My Business Inc. If any provision of this consent is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
